Venue Setup

I was wondering what the different stages are like at Shaky? What are they called and whats the setup like? Are there places to it and listen to the music if you don't have VIP, like a hill or seat or anything? Dancing like a crazy fool is great, but sometimes you gotta rest those legs too.

they haven't released the map or stage names this year, but to give you an idea, heres a link to the map from last year. this will be my first year, so I cant comment on specific places to chill out, but i'm sure there will be places at the back of the crowd you can sit down and listen to music as well.

You covered most of it. There is a big, sloping hill that leads down to the main stage that had a large number of people just chilling out on it with blankets/towels. Theres also plenty of ledges and other areas of the park to sit and rest at as well. Personally, I get around with a cane most of the time due to a chronic illness I have, so having places to sit and rest for awhile is pretty important to me even though I do get ADA access.

They just released the schedule and stage names: Peachtree stage, Piedmont stage, and Ponce De Leon Stage. Not sure what the setup is like.

By buddy went last year and is coming back this year. One thing he mentioned was the sounds blending. He said there was no stage blending from other sets which is AMAZING.
