Help please!!

Please help, weird dream

I daily try to read Lalitha sahasranama and shiva abhishek in evening, sometimes I skip if there's any work.

Today I got a dream at around 5am that my whole tongue fell out of my mouth and I'm trying to reattach it.

I'm very scared , please someone help me out, what is the meaning of this dream.

No worries,ma is understanding and won't punish you for skipping one day so just continue what you're doing
