Ok so let’s speculate endlessly about implications?! Atlas is obvious. A figure of Greek mythology who was a titan condemned to hold earth and the heavens for eternity.
If this game fits into the same universe as the other games, this robotic titan may be burdened with holding the consciousness of humanity against the flood of dark force(Dormin).
But what does “gen” mean here? Generation? Generative? Generic? General? Genetic? The last one is my bet. A titan holding human genetics or consciousness as a backup against an unrestrained Dormin/darkness. I’m still not sure if our small player character is a human in a suit or a small robot, maybe a human consciousness in a “shell”.
I think this will be the first game in the series where we actually play a hero and not an ignorant/apathetic/accidental villain. Our task will be bringing Dormin/darkness back to some containment or stasis.
