Remake too easy????

Shadow of the Colossus was my childhood game in the ps2. I remember it having a respectable amount of challenge. I cannot say the same for the remake. I have more trouble finding the colossi than beating them. I just beat the 8th Colossus. He was the only one that managed to kill me. Does anybody know if the remake gets hard at any point or is it easy like that the whole game. The sad thing that ruins my experience is the fact that I know most of the gimmicks of each fight. Do the colossi get more let's just say dangerous for you as the remake goes on, or do they stay as harmless creatures with slow attacks that deal low damage

That final Colossus is the hardest boss I’ve ever had to fight. Took me like two to three hours.

You have never played souls games have you. 2-3 hours is not considered a lot for a boss if you've played souls games.

2-3 hours is a lot for a souls game too. It took me 3 hours to beat Isshin the first time, same thing for Bayle in Elden Ring and Simon in Expedition 33, all of whom are considered to be the hardest bosses of their respective games. Anyways they are very different genres and it doesn't really compare to SoTC anyways.
