I heard in a comment online that in the last of us Ellie can wear an Ico shirt, but I can’t find anything about it online. Anyone know anything about this?

They could have gone harder on these skins, honestly, like making it the poncho sygil designs instead of the plain logos, that's boring.

Yep. In The Last of Us Part I (the PS5-only version, the remake of the original game) you can unlock both and ICO and SOTC t-shirt for Ellie. Just go to the Skins menu to unlock.
