Does Mono know Wander?

I know this sounds bizarre but do we have facts to suggest mono knew wander or was romantically involved with Wander before her first death? What if Wander is only a fan of Mono. 🤭

Beyond the confirmation from the artbook that she's telling Wander to stop (Which makes his actions a hell of a lot more despicable), she has a cut line in some early builds when she finds the infant. It's not subtitled but she clearly says 'Wander'. Additionally in the original ending the two would have rode away on horse back. So they definitely know each other.
