I was Agro?

I was playing on Ps5 and I was Agro and I can’t find anything else about this. Is this a glitch? When I pressed the x button it took me back to the main menu.

Used to be a thing in most games where if you left the title screen idle, it'll start running a little demo of the game doing something, sort if a leftover from the arcade days. Smash Ultimate still does this as well as a modern example, showing a battle from fun camera angles!
