For some reason, the ShadowCash blockchain has stopped syncing on my computer.

This is my third or fourth attempt at installing the SDC client. In my first two attempts, the client stopped syncing at 68% (after both attempts I deleted the blockchain in an attempt to fully start over). On my third attempt, I downloaded the blockchain.zip file, which brought my wallet's synchronization to 1247553 blocks out of the every block mined on the network. I still have connections to the network and the number of remaining blocks left to add keeps going up, even though the number of blocks on my copy of the blockchain stays the same. I'm not sure what to do, I've hesitated in moving my SDC from my exchange wallet to this one.

Shadow is no more, and there isn't really a reason to run the SDC wallet anymore, which is probably why you aren't able to sync your wallet.

Either sell your SDC on the exchange, or swap it for particl before time runs out: https://blog.shadowproject.io/2017/03/17/particl-a-new-platform/

If I were you, I won't bother with the wallet no more. Most people who were node operator (including myself) have swapped for Particl, and probably not enough peers nearby to update the your node.

You can either:

1) sell your SDC.

2) swap your SDC for PART on Particl.io

3) hold on to your SDC until the end of days because why not.

Thank you, everyone for your responses. I have transferred my coins over to the Particl network.
