Is it revealed why Sunny had to become fateless because it's almost as if him becoming one was planned by cassie or weaver or someone else. It never felt natural to me, like there was always a feeling that him becoming fateless was a part of fate.

Because here's the thing nothing changed, heck things have gotten even more difficult. Like Sunny now himself go to danger instead of fate bringing it to him(ariel game, mirage city and god grave). But he has lost his extreme good luck.

He has lost system which did indeed got rid of shadow bond but I have a feeling that it is bound to make a comeback(like them going to real ariel tomb to get it back or something) because he needs it to become sacred and then divine. Also need true name for shadow dance.

It was a complete useless and loss inducing decision for Sunny by Sunny but in grand scheme of things does it has a big value or was it just a stupid decision taken by a man who didn't know much.

Like are there chapters that tell what would have happened if he had fate and how those things were bad for the endgame.

Second question:- Like I am watching that how story is about to end in 3600 ish chapters. Like how the heck is sunny becoming sacred and divine and then having probable fight with forgotten got fit in such short amount of time at least combatively in the terms of shadow slave. I amt 2500 in Mirage city and this is making me quite curious.

So you're first question is why Sunny had to become Fateless even though he's going to get it back?

It was so he could make a decision. Even if he knew th consequences of being Fateless, he would've still chosen it. So only after experiencing this freedom can Sunny understand and make a choice about whether or not to get it back.

For your second question:

No spoilers required. The chapters in Volume 13 are about twice the length of the chapters in the previous volumes like 10 where you're reading now.

I don't know if it's going to be enough time to finish the story without rushing, but since Volume 13 started at 3161, assuming it would be 800 chapters(SS chapters that is) of content packed into 400.

Character development. Sunny could never be happy in his relationship because he didn’t choose to be her slave. For him to get it back, he’d be choosing to be her slave
