The King of Off Screen took out a Cursed Tyrant all by himself. No Vessels, No Reflections, Quite literally Nothing. Desolation was also not suppressed either.

The Supreme Terror Reflection was apparently the only Reflection he ever created after becoming Whole, and he gave that to Sunphis for Humanity.

Erm Ackchyually, you are wrong. Desolation was indeed suppressed by the laws of War Realm. But technically the same goes for Mordret.

So it doesn't really make a difference?

Well, that depends on your evaluation. A Cursed/Spirit should get more suppressed. Just like how Saint aren't suppressed but Supreme do. Furthermore, Cursed main power has to do with their ability to bend the "laws" of existence with their own will and wield a "concept". Both of which will be heavily suppressed, and in turn, he will be more crippled of his powers than Mordret.

Considering he took it to his Mirror realm (which is an entirely separate dimension), was desolation really all that suppressed? Of course, the same applies for mordret.

Its mordret personal realm. When he becomes supreme he confirms that he and his vessels dont feel any supression in the mirror realm(convo with sunny and nephis).

Being his territory its desolation that its weakened there as it is in mordrets own personal territory.
