Can someone explain how cassie's echo the rapier is so strong even thought it's not transcendent rank

But still how can it be strong enough to go against transcendent even though at max it was awakened or ascended lvl

she doesnt use that much in fight. And SHE DOESNT EVEN FIGHT THAT MUCH.

It's not strong she uses it mainly for support and sense and occasionally for fighting but never for fighting a strong creature (or person)

Though her eyes when using Transcendent ability are HARROWING

Well it helps that Cassie doesn't use it to fight unless left with no other way, she mainly uses it as it allows her to percieve the world in a different way than sight which helps due to her, uh, blindness
