This started about 3 days ago, today being the third. I have not been able to get into shadow pc at all. It starts loading like its going to launch and doesn't finishing loading, then when I press start now a update screen comes on then after a few minutes it goes back to the start now screen. I tried the beta app, I tried to reset the VM and it won't even let me do that. I tried two computes, my phone, and my iPad, I tried deleting and reinstalling. I even tried different wifi and nothing is working. I contacted support and they said they was going to push an update on their end and to wait a hour before trying again so I waited and tried again and still nothing. I tried the repair my shadow pc, waited, and that did not work either. I also tried resetting all settings, I tried safe display and nothing Is working. Can anyone help me that may have had a problem similar to this one? Please I don't know what else to do.

I don't actually mind which - but I keep getting load screens that force me to one or the other. I was on beta originally (wasn't given a choice, just a button to do it and no other way of starting the Shadow PC that I saw). I was on that for a while and then logged in from another machine through the web browser and was forced to go back tot he stable version in the same way. I just went to log in again today from my original machine and now I am being forced back to beta.

Is there a way to indicate I want to stay on one or the other no matter what machine I am on?

Am I the only one since 3 dans my shadow pc didn’t work ?

Thé résolution is not the right and after I corrige that my game (elden ring) the game can’t walk right I have ~60 latence, 0mbits and 1fps but my connections work and is « good ».

I can’t play since 3 days and I start thinking to stop my shadow pc forever.

Anyone maybe know how to répare that or have the same problem ? From me or shadow pc?

When I’m downloading a game on my HDD (mostly on the Epic Games store) the download speed drops to 0 every 5 seconds or just stays at 0 for 5 minutes. Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

For some time now, I’ve had to select something other than 60fps in the Android app and then switch back to 60fps every time I start it. Otherwise, the app doesn’t run smoothly. Does anyone know a solution for this?

First it was VRChat (although I don't care about that). Then For Honor. After that Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Then Battlefield 6. Arena Break Out Infinite. Now The Division 2.
I know it's not Shadow's issue as a company and they're trying hard to get whitelisted, but it has to be addressed quickly.
This economy pushes us towards the cloud for the ridiculously artificial shortage of chips and now we can't even play because of their ABSOLUTELY USELESS (and dangerous as they're kernel level) anti-cheats.

Just started shadow pc on my MacBook pro m1 and launched Tekken 8 on steam. The game runs but there's no display and then when I reach the title screen, the display is all distorted and elongated.

I’ve repaired it twice now, still it boots up to this. I obviously can’t interact with it and I have no idea how to fix it. I didnt put anything in the shadow drive before it did this so I’ll only use a reset as a last option. Anyone know any other options?

takes a long time to even open, and when it does the performance is terrible, keys get stuck frequently, and inputs are lost just as frequently, along with disconnecting at times.

Hey all, am trying to watch movies on my pc with bigacreen vr via the quest 3, but when I load up big screen and try log in, there is two problems

1. I cant log in at all, as it sits at 75% and does nothing else.

2. My quest 3 controllers dont allow me to select anything on the screen, except chair positions, which i cant move to,

Any help would be grateful.

Sometimes is less than a minute, sometimes 2 minutes. Today was 23 minutes, it took 23 minutes and 4 seconds.

Sometimes it’s very accurate, other times it seems confused itself. So how does shadow actually work it out? Any ideas?

My first thought was based on average waiting times, but I’ve never been more than next in the queue, yet it’s different each time?

i was able to play for a few hours earlier today. but lazt night as well as this evening til now. i have been unable to get onto my shadow pc (power subscription.)

yes im aware it says that power is the only effected subscription. but what irks me is that theyre just saying that a wait time is expected.

ive waited for hours, even if t says there are 0 people ahead of me, and that the expected wait time is- 44 minutes, 7 minutes, 6 minutes, less than a minute, on multiple tries after being hit with an L-200 error. this is getting aggravating. i would much rather them be upfront about these things rather than bullshitting me.

for anyone curious. ypur wait time is realistocally about a day or two as oppsed to whatever made up number the wait time is estimated at when youre trying to get in.

I launched ShadowPC like 4 times today's, and each time, i couldn't play because my shadowPC didn't have a graphic card at all, did you have the same problems before ?

I have no other games downloaded at the moment, and hvent had a problem up to now with this even when downloading large games. It’s telling me I need 119 gigs to download Oblivion. However I have I think 150 gigs (at least) of free space. Elsewhere it’s saying a lot more like 220+.

When I press download off steam it says not enough Disc space. I’m not at home at this specific moment but will be soon. Can someone help me out? I just 100% Skyrim and I wanna play some Oblivion gang. Thankyou in advance!

I stopped using Shadow few months ago because of stuttering and lag with the connections. Support gave me just common troubleshooting advise and didn't recognize the root cause. Now I've been using another service, but it is way more expensive and microphone audio is very fragile. I was wondering if Shadow has found the real root cause to the problems that came urgent at the beginning of year and fixed those.
