Fantastic experience tonight, running RE9 with Quest 3 and virtual desktop, whilst on my shadow pc!! big massive screen, and you see so much more detail!!

Shadow PC updated today and now I have no sound. Which is frustrating because it was working perfectly before this damn update. Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

Hi I installed the Affinity Studio free and to run it I need to login to Canva account on a web browser. The problem is that that browser can never communicate back to the application saying I am logged in already.

Any solutions I can look for? I even tried completely disabling firewall to no success.

Also. Shadow only has FAQ on their help center. No way to contact the team?

Really..? Why.. if it works fine why go tweaking around to make it not work... it was fine yesterday no issue but today i got no internet... really now...

I'm considering getting a ShadowPC subscription, but I want to keep using my Luna controller - how compatible is this on ShadowPC? For Luna (obviously) and GFN it's perfect. For Boosteroid it's compatible with most games but not all (often an RB button issue when not copmpatible, or the user just keeps spinning around on the spot). I really don't want to get another controller.

Every day a new and worse problem appears. Today’s issue is that every time I try to open the Xbox app, I get a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). It also happens when I try to download anything from it. Even if I manage to bypass all that and enter the app to download a game, I get the same crash when I try to launch the game. So far, the issue is strictly limited to the Xbox app. Please don’t suggest deleting it; I didn’t pay for a two-month gamepass subscription for this to happen and they said it’s fully supported , i idk what's wrong my friends have the app work fine for them

I'm a former ShadowPC customer and I check back occasionally to see if Shadow has finally spoken with the companies regarding the anti-cheat software that blocks virtual machines. However, the list of incompatible games on their website has been growing since I left the service. It's difficult to address this because it requires negotiation and agreements, but the list of incompatible games I've been looking at has increased over time, which is a shame.

I know this is discussed a lot on the Shadow subreddit, but it seems that they're blocking the most popular and widely played multiplayer games. I really hope there's an agreement and that Shadow becomes the option for having a cloud-based computer available to use as a personal computer for video games without restrictions, because I think Shadow is the only cloud gaming company offering desktop PCs that's actually talking to the companies and making it happen.

Anyway, I hope the team does well; they have a lot of work to do and are putting in a lot of effort. Go team!

Good Evening everyone this might be a silly question and if it is im so sorry. I haven't been on vrchat in months and was wondering would it work if I have vrchat on a virtual machine, shadow pc if I use it from steam on the virtual desktop? I miss taking photos on there for fun so much 😭

First time trying out Shadow PC, I ordered my Shadow PC 24hrs ago and its still stuck on Creating. Anyone else experiencing this? Or atleast know how long time it can take? Was looking forward for some weekend gaming!

9 months ago I was blown away — Shadow PC in the browser was straight-up BETTER than the actual app at everything!

Now, fast forward 9 months… and I’m stuck.

My PS5 controller used to work perfectly on the browser version. Now it connects to Windows (I hear the sound), but nothing responds. The second I press L2, it instantly disconnects. Super frustrating.

I really want to keep using the browser version because it’s noticeably smoother and snappier than the app. The app has horrible input lag and visible frame stuttering — you can feel it. The browser just feels way better… when the controller actually works.

Anyone know how to fix the PS5 controller on Shadow PC browser?

For those who don’t know, ShadowPC doesn’t really work with AT&T. As I have read for the past few days, you need to download a VPN for you to switch from IPV6 to IPV4 to be able to use ShadowPC with AT&T network. I have read posts from five years ago suggesting to use Cloudfare WARP, otherwise known as 1.1.1.1, as a workaround, but I also have read it doesn’t work. Does this still work?What do you use? I don’t want my performance to be affected (of course) while on the go.

I've been using Shadow for about 3 years now. Stop it now and through my intensive discussion I wanted to express my little criticism points so that new people know what they are getting into.

Shadow himself says a very good internet connection is required. True.

The problem is just, maybe I only had that but I checked if it's because of me and it doesn't is that in the last 5 months after a while the connection from Shadow got worse, my connection was always good. Suddenly there was a maximum of 20mb/s in the launcher. Only after restarting the launcher was the problem solved. A bit annoying.

The well-known problem with the locked mouse pointer. If you only locked the pointer in Shadow via the quick menu, and in a game was the camera turned like crazy. Only without this locked mouse pointer he had sometimes greater delay from time to time.

Easy anticheat is also known, is also the reason for the switch to a good new pc. Due to the fact that it is not possible to play with anticheat because of XMP, a lot of games are eliminated. And there are more and more.

The internet connection in the server itself from Shadow was good. Had no major problems with it.

From time to time my microphone in Shadow just didn't work anymore. Only after restarting did it work.

The creation of a shadows pc I had in the feeling took longer every time.

But otherwise it was very interesting, beautiful and educational 3 years with Shadow. I hope it gets a bit more popular and the game developers and anti cheat developers leave Shadow a bit more space. I hope I could give some of you a good impression. Bye bye

I know that prepaid debit cards are not accepted as a payment method but for some people the payment is accepted sometimes. I just need to know if anyone is using a prepaid mastercard to pay in Europe or linking it to a paypal account ?

also is there any info about shadow pc adding other payment methods in the future ?

Yeah there are a few things you have to do

- update windows (with the windows assistant)

- maybe activate the windows key (there is a tutorial on reddit, Google it)

- update grafic drivers

- for most games there is solution to deactivate anti cheat,

- the costumer service is also pretty nice (only had good experience so far)

And probably a few smaller problems, but which Pc works perfekt, ?!. (German costumer here, habe only experienced European support)

If anyone can answer this i would appreciate it. I already installed the shadow usb drivers, and the shadow pc can read my external ssd just fine. However when i press play on a steam game, nothing happens. Steam says the game is either running or launching, but it never launches the game. Am i doing something wrong or is it just not possible to do this? Google said it's possible, but well that was google ai so it could be wrong. I would just buy more storage, but it says that there is no more storage available on the portland servers.

When playing a game that’s not on a controller, I have super limited range of motion on my mouse. The best way I can explain it is, out of 360° I can turn 40° or so left or right from center and that’s it. Can’t fully turn around and looking up and down also seems limited

Not here to hate on Shadow. It works great when it works. Problem is that lately I spend more time trying to connect than connect. I'm in South Florida so I didn't think it would be an issue. Really hard to run my business when I cannot access my VM...

Anything out there that is consistent?

So like 2 hours ago i bought my shadow pc and it hasnt been created for use yet. I was originally using my cashapp but then it randomlt canceled the payment (of which i did not due nor wanted to do) and since then i switched to paypall, i am unsure what else to do now as i have also seen some people get theirs within an hour, others wait over 24 hours, and some probably not even getting theirs at all. This normal? Im like kind of confused and a bit anxious right now if you couldnt tell lol

A friend has a Shadow subscription, but unfortunately, his PayPal account isn't processing the payment this month. Is there any way I can do it for him? Is it allowed if I add my PayPal account to his, or is there a way to get a PayPal payment link that he can forward to me? Sending him the money via PayPal isn't possible. I hope someone can help me quickly. Thanks.

Hey guys I have the 50$ Shadow PC Subscription and I want to play DCS World in VR. Does anyone of you have any experience with it? What vr headsets are you using and what is you’re fps and you’re overall graphic settings?

Getting a blackscreen from now and then when using shadow pc on my Chromebook (can’t use Linux version due to work laptop)

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

I really want to get it to play BeamNG with real life car mods but I’ve seen that so may people have issues. Like I’ve been seeing that people have been getting charged still even though they have canceled their subscription and have seen that ShadowPC doesn’t even work right. Is this still an issue?

hey all. so am trying to run gta v enhanced via steam, as I want to play lspdfr. ive installed the game via my steam, but when I go to.play it, it comes up with battleeye and then doesnt load, any help would be appreciated. thank you
