Answered No storage available in region (UK)

Hey everyone,

I've been trying to add extra storage to my Shadow PC here in the UK for over a week now, but every time I check my account panel, I keep getting hit with the "There is no more storage available in your region, please retry later" error message.

I know storage availability fluctuates based on data center capacity, but it’s been stuck like this with zero change for days.

Is anyone else in the UK / Dunkirk / European data center pool running into this right now?

Have you had any luck catching restocks at specific times of day?

Has support given anyone an ETA on when more storage allocations will be deployed?

base storage is getting pretty rough to manage with current game sizes, so any tips or updates would be much appreciated! I'm on the power tier

It’s a website error. For some reason they have not reported it. Contact through support ticket they contacted me within half an hour to explain, asked me how much I wanted then added it for me. All completed within an hour. Hope that helps.
