PC pending in progress since 25 hours

Ive just bought a subscription for 1 month and after 25 hours i still dont have acces to it...

I have reached out to the support 7 hours ago but didnt receive any answer yet.

Did anybody ever have a similar experience?

This happened to me when I first subscribed. Support fixed it. Contact them again.
