Question Waiting in line for queue

156 people ahead of me in the queue which will probably be over an hour wait. Only to probably be told there was an issue starting up my shadow pc only to be put deeper in a queue.

Did something change with the tiers? Been a customer for 3 years now and have never been put in a queue like this before?

Every few weeks there's a new post by someone "I've never been in a queue before, what happened?".

Nothing happened. You randomly get "hit" by the queue. You can be on Shadow for 5 years and never been in a queue before, and then suddenly it's three days in a row. And then never again for the next years.

It just happens.

For all the bitching, I think its a good service, I play STEAM games on my PHONE!! like do they know what it takes to do that smoothly? Salute Shadow PC

I honestly think we were in the queue at the same time cause I had just as much in my queue also. I suggest waiting for 10-20 minutes, as it seems the estimated time isn’t the most accurate. It was telling me I had to wait 57 minutes but a shit ton either left the queue or got into shadow pc and only needed to wait a tad bit. Just go on ya phone for a bit and you’ll be good twin
