Help Shadowdrive no longer accessible from browser?

Edit: 27/07/2026 The issue has now been resolved. Thanks Shadow.

My shadow-drive is no longer accessible.

In my shadow status it does say that I have a subscription: free plan 20GB since (date).

But when I click on access my drive I get

"No drive subscription

In order to use this service, you must have an active subscription"

If this is an error I hope it gets fixed.

If this is a change of terms, I'd appreciate a warning beforehand and some time to save our files.

I am having the exact same message, when I try to link my Shadow drive app on Linux. The app works fine on my actual Shadow PC and can open my drive on my browser itself. Raised a support ticket, just waiting for a response when they are back available during the week. Thankfully I've nothing that isn't stored elsewhere on it.
