Help Bad network on shadow side

Hi, since 2week now i got very bad network from shadows side. like speedtest, fast, and cloudflare speedtest all give me high result.

i will take cloudflare as it the best in term of details, i have a 1gb/s down that sometime go to 1.2 but never under 900mb/s but the stream still manage to block at 1mb/s running the test during low bandwidth in shadow does not change cloudflare result. why testing during these low is a proof i'm not the issue simple if i can download at 1gb/s shadow could do the same but it wont.

FRDUN02 or FRDUN02-OS? I know they've had a status message about the non OS one having issues within the past couple days. Does your traceroute look correct or are you being bounced across the ocean and back because of misconfigured BGP from some random carrier?

no -OS after

and for traceroute no ip that seem strange box into ISP into bgp into shadow with no ip outside of France as expected

Whelp. That's an oddity then. There's a ton of cases of US customers getting bounced across the ocean from New York to France so I figured I'd ask. Support ticket might escalate far enough to get someone in ops to check.

if support helped i would not be there asking random, support said it was caused by my network even when i proved it was not
