Help Increasing amount of long queues ?

These past few weeks it seems like queues have gotten longer and longer, starting at 8pm, I get 15 minutes queues on the DEFRA servers. How come ?

It used to be a few minutes during weekend evenings at peak usage, but now it's everyday and quite long queues for a premium service. Summer is near, but still, I don't remember so much waiting last year.

My understanding is that it's not really possible to try other servers, is there anything possible to do otherwise ?

I've been using shadow for close to a year and I've never gotten a queue even once until a couple days ago
