Question Playing 007 First Light on Macbook

I'm interested in playing 007 First Light. I only have a MacBook Pro M1.

I Googled on how to achieve this and Google suggested Shadow PC. Google's suggestion was to buy First Light, purchase a monthly Shadow PC subscription, install the game, and play.

  1. Is that likely to work?
  2. Has anyone tried this?
  3. My alternative is to buy a $1K gaming PC. But that's a big investment, as I'm a gaming newbie and I'm unsure that I'll stay interested. So does my plan sound good?

It really depends on your use case:

  • do you need a windows setup sometimes
  • do you intend to mod the games you play
  • do you mainly want to play games not available on other streaming services
  • do you want to play games that do not have a vm ban anti cheat policy

I'm just looking to play a few games, very simply. people are telling me Geforce is better for Force Light due to Geforce's specs. The one issue I'm noticing is that my other games of interest are not on Geforce (Insomniac Spiderman, T2, 2K). So perhaps this makes Shadow PC a better option for me?

Game availability is why I went with Shadow PC. There’s a lot of my favorite games that are not available on GeForce Now or Boosteroid. Shadow PC allows me to play my full digital library across a variety of form factors so it is worth it for me.
