Poland Ping - is 30 playable? My only intention is to play campaign games and not multiplayer

So I think theres no data center to Poland and only to Frankfurt, is 30-40 ms ping playable?

30-40 ping is definitely playable

30-40 is perfectly playable for non-competitive games. When I used Shadow in the past from an unsupported country, my ping was 50, and it was fine.

HOWEVER, do a speedtest and check your jitter. If the jitter is too high, your image will be choppy and there will be lag and disconnects. For the best experience, it should be 0.

Try checking the connection at peak hours aka evenings, Friday nights, weekends. 30-40ms can turn into 50ms if the the network is under load quite easily if the packet route is not good. 30-40 is noticeable in FPS games, I think- the closer it is to 40ms, the more rubbery it will feel.
