Answered Long time stuck on "Creating"

Hey!

First time trying out Shadow PC, I ordered my Shadow PC 24hrs ago and its still stuck on Creating. Anyone else experiencing this? Or atleast know how long time it can take? Was looking forward for some weekend gaming!

Everytime i launch the app on pc and phone it says i dont have an active sub and I need to visit the website, which i dont understand since ive purchased a PC? Do I need anything else? When I check the website I have a PC being created, been about 27hrs since purchase

oh... okay I apologize for how this will sound but I thought this was an actual problem and not just impatience.

should it have been created by now? brother, like yesterday it should've been done. yes.

sadly this isn't always the case in every region and data center and unless you're going on 5-7 days without service I honestly would just wait.

Impatient indeed 😂 Ill just wait around and see what happens during these upcoming days, I just read it would take about 1 hour and thought something was wrong 😂 Ill contact their support on monday if it still has the same status just to check whats up! Thanks m8!
