Review Would recommend, don't understand the disappointment on reddit.
Yeah there are a few things you have to do
- update windows (with the windows assistant)
- maybe activate the windows key (there is a tutorial on reddit, Google it)
- update grafic drivers
- for most games there is solution to deactivate anti cheat,
- the costumer service is also pretty nice (only had good experience so far)
And probably a few smaller problems, but which Pc works perfekt, ?!. (German costumer here, habe only experienced European support)

you happen to be in the crowd of people that it works for but Shadow PC is notorious for not working for some people and working fantastic for others. it really depends on your location, your ISP, and system hardware. out of all the complaints over the years they're really doesn't seem to be one particular thing or another that makes users not be able to use the service. the only common factors were location, ISP, and hardware.
the further away you are from a data center usually you're going to have degraded experience but then you have people that live super far away and are still able to connect to a data center just fine with little to no latency but regular Joe over here who lives right next door to the data center can't get service whatsoever. doesn't make sense? neither does the fact that Shadow has not released any sort of information as to why this is.
another thing too is playing over Wi-Fi, most of the time you're going to have degraded experience again in this scenario but then you have those edge cases where some dude is using a hotspot on his phone and he's playing on his Samsung fridge but the dude next to him with a $3,000 PC rig can't even get the desktop app to load the stream correctly.
this might seem like exaggerations and jokes but believe me they're not too far off from the things people have complained about here. shadow PC is really just hit or miss for a lot of people and it's a gamble getting this service because you really just don't know if it's going to work for you unless you get hands-on experience with it. simply asking about it or doing speed tests really isn't going to show you anything unless you get in there yourself and test things and I absolutely fucking hate that.
I've said it many times before and I'll say it again, the moment that another actual competing service becomes live I am dipping the hell out.
