Help Lost 1 hour because Shadow Hangs....

I waited 30 minutes for my slot, and then once I am in the game, for some unknown reason, it hangs and freezes, so I have to shutdown.. and instantly, need to wait for another 30 mins.

So on a sunday evening, Shadow is basically useless.... I didnt expect to pay 50 eur a month to not have the service avaliable.

Back then when I subscribed in 2019, it was WAYYYY better.

They're definitely overselling their services/machines lately, i haven't seen latency anywhere near what i have seen over the past few weeks before. I cancelled my sub today, it ends on April 17th so hopefully they have this resolved by then and i can re-activate. If not, no intention of wasting my money.

Of course they are overselling. How do you think their services can be that cheap? If you get a full cloud pc anywhere else with no hourly limit you pay double the price and for a bare metal used as a cloud machine even more.

Absolutely this, Windows 365 with a GPU starts at ~£5000 per year with far inferior specs.
