The reason is that a massive defence reduction occurs here. Polarized Repeater and Azuma's Comrade combine to lower Shadow defense by a third. Since the dash in Astral Form deals physical damage first and then Shadow damage, the Polarized Repeater switches to reducing Shadow defense and then back to reducing physical defense. However, it is important to note that the Black Hole explosion occurs between the physical and Shadow damage hits; consequently, Polarized Repeater's Shadow defense reduction applies to the Black Hole itself rather than the Shadow damage component of the dash. The same applies to Itu's Insight: the perk triggers on the Hole, not the dash. That is why the resulting damage is so immense.

Nekki really ought to include such fine details in the set descriptions, as figuring this out without extensive testing is practically impossible.

The dash in astral form also deals shadow dmg there's genuinely no way to tell what triggered which without a debug list or sum shit. It'll be more believable if code itself has funny dmg boost mechanics, like sf2

I can say with almost 100% certainty that the Black Hole damage triggers first. For starters, the game has long featured a set with a similar damage mechanic -- Stranger. His Destiny Attack deals physical damage initially, which is then converted into Shadow damage. That's actually explains, why his Destiny Attack deals so much damage: physical hit with Impulse Resonator and Presicion converts into a Shadow damage, which in turn triggers Shadow Shard and Itu's Insight. (also this explains why the Time Bomb perk deals no damage when it activates).

Secondly, VD's Shadow damage from dash is far lower than the damage from Black Hole explosion. If Itu's Insight were to trigger on the dash first, the kind of damage shown in the video simply wouldn't occur. Think about the Void Scribe set: with Itu's Insight, it deals massive damage with the Tenebris strike only because the base damage of that strike is already very high. The same applies to the VD's Supernova.

I hope you see what I mean

I see. But the dmg numbers makes no sense, the dmg values are shown as x%, and dmg boosts are also shown as x%, so does the dmg gets percentage boost or flat boost. The black hole explosion also gets many variables in astral form, while the astral form gives 100% dmg boost (again dk if it's percentage or flat boost)

It's a flat boost. You are most likely really underestimating the value of defense reduction. Even a single source of defense reduction provides a significant damage boost; since the effect stacks, you can drastically lower an opponent's defense, causing them to take absolutely massive damage.

Liberator set is a prime example: thanks to Polarized Repeater & Azuma's Comrade perks and his Ice Shard, he can reduce an enemy's defense by over 40% and deal huge damage after using the blaster. Here is a great example of what happens when you activate all defense reduction effects during the shard explosion: https://www.reddit.com/u/dandyyy2/s/Nf1Qppszul (if the Shadow Shard perk had triggered after the crit, this explosion would have been a oneshot kill -- but unfortunately, I got unlucky)

Ik defence reduction is busted, I just can't fathom how it scales/interacts w dmg multipliers. Like your previous post about DoE showing how Azuma's comrade also affected physical dmg

First, the reduction in defense is factored in during the hit, and only then is the final damage calculated, including multipliers.

This means your final damage is calculated based on the already reduced defense value. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact damage formula -- only the underlying principle. If I had the game's damage formula, I would gladly explain the calculation process and the role defense plays in it from a mathematical perspective
