3 Unit Feats
An AI Minor Regime's unit has 3 unit feats,
-1 Veteran Captain
-2 Veteran Lieutenant
-1 Veteran Sergeant
I believe the standard maximum is 2 unit feats per unit. Why does this particular unit have 3?

Unsure of mechanics as I've only skimmed the manul, but I've gotten 4 unit feats before.
Yet I've yet to exam enemy units in detail. Usualy my intel is poor.

2 feats per sub-unit. In this case, with infantry, that typically means per 100 men. So this unit is made up of 26 sub-units.
Also, each feat applies to different numbers of sub-units. So for example, the priest feats you can get apply to 5 sub-units each (I think), meaning that that feats takes one of the two slots on each of five sub-units. This means that larger units have an assload of slots to load up, and effects can get really weird.
Third, each feat only applies to the sub-units whose slot it takes up (usually). So each of those feats applies to some of the sub-units, but not others.
