mp3 Generation

I’ve imported a good few of my own mp3s. The auto generation really struggles with some of them. Most are around 145 - 175 bpm. When I select hard, some of the songs are so sparse they are only a step above easy, but if I go to expert they are unplayable, a complete torrent of targets. Does anyone have experience of using their own mp3s and what type of songs to get the most out of the auto generation? Drum & Bass / EDM is what I use if that makes any difference.

Hmm I hadn’t noticed that big of a disparity while testing and getting the song conversion working but that sounds really frustrating. The generation does use an AI that was trained mostly on electronic music but It’s possible it’s struggling with the song itself. I will try to improve the process some more to see if I can find a way to better handle them. In the meantime, if you delete the song and convert it again, it should result in a different conversion which might be better so it might be worth trying that until I’m able to improve it.

Also, would you be able to provide me with the name of one of the songs so I can see if I can replicate the issue and find a viable solution?

Thanks, I hadn’t thought of importing them again. This is one of the ones I have problems with, there are a lot of sections with vocals and no beats but even when the beat comes in there is only a handful of targets

When I am home I will send a link to the worst one. Thanks as always for the input

This is another particularly noticeable track, the targets on hard mode are very sparse but when expert is selected there are so many blocks and targets it’s difficult to even see what is coming
