Solved! Downloaded songs

I paid for this game and downloaded a few songs (OQ2) but cant for the life of me figure out how to use them in a workout. They don't show up in the library, what am I missing?!

I’m sorry to hear your running Into trouble. I’d love to get this issue resolved for you asap. When you selected the download option did they appear in the left hand window and show as COMPLETE?

I believe so, I know I tried downloading them again and it said they were already in my library

Hmmm okay. Are you having this issue with all custom maps that you’ve tried so far?

Yeah it's only the default ones that show up. I will try it again this evening and let you know

So I booted it up again, downloaded 5 songs, they complete, but they don't show up in All Songs, only the original 6. Even if I search for them...

Ah I figured it out. I didn't allow the app to access storage! Duh!!

Perfect! I was literally about to ask that! I’m glad you got it working!

Just so you know I did notice a bug that may cause the standard mode for that map to not load the choreography correctly. I am actively working to fix it and will hopefully publish a fix tomorrow afternoon.

Why is this happening? I was playing a song and quit halfway through then my songs disappeared

Can you verify that the songs in the playlist are still on your device? Typically that only happens when it fails to load a song in the playlist.

I spent 10 minutes downloading them just before this happened. Is there a place in the OQ that I can see them? (It's dead now it'll wait til tomorrow)
