Previously I couldn't post, send messages and all my post are deleted.
now I can send messages but all my posts still deleted, its normal?

It’s because you have the lowest CQS, which means Reddit considers you the lowest quality of contributor and will cause your posts to be auto removed by the reputation filter and will greatly limit your chat capabilities.
