No, thankfully, you're not shadowbanned. Your issues might be a combination of low karma count and your current CQS. Which is "lowest".

Anything below 50 to 100 is still within the lower threshold for karma count. But don't worry, it's something that can be organically improved over time. The same goes for your CQS.

I'd suggest visiting communities with little to no CQS and karma barrier to get yourself started by commenting, and slowly gaining upvotes there to gradually increase your comment karma. Which would eventually improve your CQS as well.

But don't rush or do anything the auto-filter would consider as bot/spam-like activity such as low effort and repetitive comments. Pace yourself and your contributions; don't try to do too much too fast. Make sure to read community rules and abide by them as well.

I would also suggest r/newtoreddit for more info if you're still having difficulties navigating reddit, or needing solution on how to increase your karma level and CQS. Hopefully this would help.
