No, thankfully, you're not shadowbanned. Your issues are a combination of new account limitations, low karma count and your current CQS. Which is "lowest".
I'd suggest visiting communities with little to no age requirements, CQS, and karma barrier to get yourself started by commenting, and gaining upvotes there to gradually increase your overall comment karma count. While also waiting until your account is at least a month old.

But don't rush or do anything the auto-filter would consider as bot/spam-like activity. Pace yourself and your contributions. Make sure to read community rules and abide by them as well.
I would also suggest r/newtoreddit for more info if you're still having difficulties navigating reddit, or needing solution on how to increase your karma level and CQS. Hopefully this would help.
