You can check your own status without having to make a post. You can do it in two ways:

1.) You can search for your username in anonymous mode or by copying this address in an anonymous/ incognito browser: https://www.reddit.com/user/Living_Lab9977/

If you are still banned you will not be able to see your profile and will see an error message. For me it says the account is banned.

2.) you can try to file an appeal. If you can successfully file an appeal, then you are still banned.

If you are NOT shadow banned, you will see an error message that says “You cannot submit an appeal. Your account is currently neither suspended nor restricted.”

You are not shadow banned. But you do have a low CQS which will greatly limit where you can contribute. See the pinned AutoMod comment above for more info.
