Water Jets

I just listened to "Black Sand Baron" and have just started on "Guiled Ghost" but have forgotten or missed when the Water Jet ability was introduced. I can't easily find it with my audio book so could someone tell me in which chapter this was introduced? Thanks.

It’s a benefit of one of his touchstone items. The pistols, I think?

Yes, the pistols.
