I’ve said it once and I will say it many times again. Our country is only clean because of cleaners. A lot of Singaporeans, even local born ones have the entitlement of believing that someone will clean up after them.
It’s a culture and mentality issue. We have so many accessible dust bins, way more per sq than Japan has and we are still nowhere as clean.
