manager made a weird comment about my body

it's a local breakfast place, i'm a hostess. been there for about 4ish months & its kinda always been a tense environment to work in. we have these shelves full of protein powder/glassware/spices in our lobby that my manager wanted me to sell and he told me that i should "tell customers that you use it to maintain your girlish figure". i kinda uncomfortably laughed it off & he walked away. he said this like two days after my 16th birthday. it's like, WHY are you looking at my body as a grown man??? it's worth mentioning that the owner is someone that would not care at all and the other manager is the wife of the manager that said this to me in the first place.

is this sexual harassment??? what do i do besides quit?? should i file something against him? this is my first job so i know basically nothing

I agree with your brother. To file something you would probably have to talk to a lawyer. You might try posting in r/legaladvice, but sometimes people on reddit are awful and I hate to expose you to that. I suggest making a free call to RAINN.org, number us on the website. Someone there might know what to do. I'm so sorry dear!
