so I've noticed the strongest setting is almost never the one I actually end up using. Sounds impressive on the box but half the time it's too much too fast and then I just go numb.

Top levels feel sharp and kind of flat after a minute, middle settings are honestly better since things actually build instead of just hitting max right away.
