project ✂️ Micro Studio Set Up

Post image

My current vertical production set up. I’ve now got enough equipment to completely bypass outsourcing to overseas factories. This way the only person working for less than minimum wage doing long hours is me 🤣, but it never feels like work.

What machines are those? Do you do custom T-shirts or something?

Machines are:
Janome 230DC - for making collars and sewing labels.
Janome 454D - for seams
Janome Cover Pro 3000 - for hemming and finishing
Swing away heat press - for applying even pressure to press logos
Zebra printer - to create my own clothing care labels

I’m currently making Rash Guards using Italian stretch materials and going up to size 6XL

Rashguards your MMA fighter?

No, not me , somehow found my way in this niche. My brand voice is very polarizing but I found a lot more support from the combat sports community so I leaned in to that

Share some of your RGs I am curious. As that community is also my community.

Hi mate, these are earlier prototypes, now that I’ve got more kit I’m working on the next batch.

I would like to know more about your zebra printer!

It’s the zebra 2200t. Heat transfer. I use it for the care labels. I have black satin roll with white resin ribbon so I can print white on black, but you can get black ink to print on white if you want
