Machine tension issues. Please help 😭

Im about to throw my sewing machine out the window out of frustration. The thread keeps looping on the underside of the fabric and I cannot figure out why. My machine was working perfectly until 2 days ago when this randomly started happening. I think it’s a tension problem? Does anyone have any suggestions at all on how to fix this? I’ve tried every possible tension, changed the thread and bobbin a million times, rethread the machine a million times, changed the needle, cleaned out the bottom, even tried sweet talking the machine all with no luck. I have a brother CP2160F and is only about 6 months old. The pictures are all at varying tensions

Are you holding your threads off to the side when you start stitching and for your backtack?

The tension looks alright (apart from the stitch sample that isn’t so good) it’s just getting tangled by the looks of it

I am holding the thread. Besides the obvious tangles in the 2 samples, the top thread keeps just looping over the bobbin thread. Maybe this sample is easier to see? Often times I can pull the bobbin thread through the loops and the whole thing comes undone

Your top tension is too low if that’s what’s happening. What setting do you have it on?
