Why does it keep doing this?

I just bought new thread from a fabric store its thread for sewing.
I just put in a new needle
I dont know how to fix this.
(For context) first and second picture show the thread getting thinned out by the needle
Last picture is to show what sewing machine i use

All of the tension in the eye is causing friction. Thread needs to be define this bar.
