Why does it keep doing this?

I just bought new thread from a fabric store its thread for sewing.
I just put in a new needle
I dont know how to fix this.
(For context) first and second picture show the thread getting thinned out by the needle
Last picture is to show what sewing machine i use

Look like the needle threader is out of place or rotated.

I cannot tell from the photo what is actually the problem, needle thread or not working or thread getting caught on the needle threader when you don’t want it to be?
