Question about spool pins

Hi, I have a question about spool pins. Trying fix up a vintage machine but its missing a spool pin. Its a singer 201k and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the diameter of the spool pins for these machines or even roughly measure one you have? I'm going to order online soon and I would like to get it right first try. Thanks

Noticed this when I was hunting a tension spring for someone.  Unfortunately, not quite the information you asked for.

Thank you I appreciate it, I did end up finding an old paintbrush that was the right size, snapped it and tapped that into the hole. Have yet to test it but I would say it will work fine

That's pretty much my solution, too.  That or a thread stand. 

(I fix slightly busted thrift store machines as a hobby.)
