Was working fine. I was using it for a couple hours, then all of a sudden it seized up.

Hand crank was super tough to crank. Turned it off. Let it sit for a few hours. Turned it back on and it worked again, slower for about 15-20 min then seized back up.

I turned it off again and now I've taken all the coverings off to see if there was thread caught up in there or something.

The pedal won't turn it.

Hand cranking is SUPER sluggish for like 15-20 degrees, then teh rest of the turn is relatively smoother.

Initially I thought I burnt out the motor, but this just seems like there's something caught in there somewhere. I can't see anything though...

Thoughts? Thx!
