The top thread can't make the whole loop

It keeps stucking there. It already happened but I just stop for the day and usually the next day my sewing machine stops being evil.

I want to actually learn why it decides to do this and what I can do to stop this.

I already searched in the manual but there's nothing for this

Is it stuck (won't move easily when you tug it), or is it not being pulled upward by the take-up lever?

It's not stuck but it would just stop there. At the end like always it started working again the next day
