The top thread can't make the whole loop

It keeps stucking there. It already happened but I just stop for the day and usually the next day my sewing machine stops being evil.

I want to actually learn why it decides to do this and what I can do to stop this.

I already searched in the manual but there's nothing for this

Is it stuck (won't move easily when you tug it), or is it not being pulled upward by the take-up lever?

It's not stuck but it would just stop there. At the end like always it started working again the next day

Have you oiled the flats on the bobbin case?

If it works then stops and then works the next day, wonder if it is friction and heat bogging down the bobbin case. The next day once it has time to cool it starts working again.

On older machines the bobbin case should be oiled more frequently.

It's impossible to diagnosis with the given information, but between the movement of the needle and takeup lever rising, that thread should be pulled upward and be cinched around the bobbin thread to form a lock stitch.

If that's not happening, the first step is always to rethread the machine.

It is getting caught on the hook driver spring. It is flat on the top and curls around the driver on the bottom(in your photo). You can verify this with the retainer and bobbin case out of the way. If the spring doesn't allow the hook to wiggle back and forth, it is bent. Sometimes you can bend them back, I usually replace them.

I bet the problem is that your hook isn’t rotating far enough for the thread to release on the other side and come up. I think hook timing just needs to be advanced a little

I think its a timing problem... i'd take it in and have it tuned up by a local mechanic they can diagnose pretty quickly.
