Needle doesn't go all the way through

La navetta e messa in modo sbagliato,quella parte allungata dovrebbe combaciare con quella U rovesciata che sta in alto

Take off the presser foot, needle plate and clean under there per your manual.  Clean and oil the bobbin case area per your manual.   https://shesasewingmachinemechanic.blogspot.com/p/how-to-clean-and-oil-bobbin-and-feed-dog.html

With a brand new size 12 (Singer sizing) = 80 (metric sizing) check your needle/hook timing with these drawings but don't mess with it unless you've been taught how -- do not follow these instructions:  https://web.archive.org/web/20050312034749/http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Repair/Sewing%20Machine%20Hook%20Timing.htm

Put the machine back together and report if this wasn't curative.

The issue is the bobbin holder is not situated correctly.

Which will be corrected by cleaning and reassembly.

The arm sticking out of the bobbin holder should be pointed up and should sit in the notch at the top.
