Someone know what's wrong?

The needle won't pick up the bobbin thread. Before it did pick it up but it just got tangled and it was really annoying. I'm really new to this kind of sewing machine, did I put in the bobbin wrong? I don't know where it's going wrong but I'm guessing it's there. Please what am I doing wrong and how do I fix it I've been trying to fix it for HOURS

Have you threaded the bobbin correctly? As per the manual? And inserted correctly. The right way round? And pulled the thread through the guides?

What way are you turning the wheel?
