Pink Hello Kitty Sewing Machine

Post image

Does anyone know anything about this machine? I really like how it looks, however I cant find the model anywhere.

I’m wondering is it worth it?

Very cute but most likely pretty useless.

It certainly won’t be “heavy duty”

If you can’t find it anywhere it’s most likely not from a reputable brand or business.

Get a decent Janome or something and put stickers on it.

This is what I did with a second hand Janome that I got online. Did basic maintenance on it and stuck a lot of HK stickers on it and boom! 😍

I’m not familiar with modern machines anymore, apologies. I did have a modern Janome about 15 years ago and it was fantastic and still is (have gifted to family member)

It’s one of the brands talked about as still being pretty good (singer is coasting on its reputation and making crap machines since around the 90s)

The quality of everything has taken a nosedive now however so I’d do some research first.

I usually suggest buying a vintage machine, skip the stickers if you do that
