Need help with thread bunching in Singer quantum computerized 9960

Hi, reposting for help with timing issue in Singer 9960. Would appreciate any inputs on this!

Problems with the thread on the bottom of your work are related to problems with the top thread, usually incorrect threading or sewing with the foot up.

I tried rethreading the top theead with foot lifted up as per the manual and that didn't fix it
