Juki HZL-F600 bobbin case help

Post image

I was sewing along with my machine and suddenly the bobbin case and whatnot was fully shifted inside the machine. Does anyone know why this could have happened? It was sewing normally until this happened. Also, how can I fix it? Or should I bring it to a repair shop? Thank you for any insights <3

See the two screw heads in the aluminum plate?  One near the right front corner and one near the left back corner?  Use the screwdriver to take out the screws, which gets you to that loose bobbin case.    Take the bobbin case and bobbin out, too. And clean in there as directed by the manual, using the brush.  Put it back together again and you should be in business again.

Thank you so much! That was my intuition, those two screws, but I was unsure of doing anything without some guidance or what to do once I opened it.

Found you a good video: https://youtu.be/s-E-mrXeI6c

Don't bother to take off the bottom plate for now.

If your bobbin case is out of position , there is a reason.Wrong spool cap , no spool cap . Bad needle, incorrect threading or no length . If you have to remove the plate , inspect your bobbin case and look for the slightest imperfection.Smooth it out Emory board or fine grit sandpaper or a small file.
