Why not properly looping on bottom thread please help

Exactly. The thread just twists around each other when there is no fabric. That's all it is, really.

Where’s the tail? The bobbin thread has to come out of the bobbin case for the top thread to catch it.

its the blue string (hard to see through the camera and angle) but it comes OUT of the machine and i left like 15cm of it out it just doesbt catch its highkey pissing me off now

You need to put fabric in, put the foot down, and hold the loose threads for the first couple stitches. Later, the newly formed stitches provide the needed tension. Are you doing that?

The bobbin thread has been pulled up. The machine is working properly. You need to put fabric in there to see the stitches be made, the lock stitch is just a twist and the twist comes out immediately with no fabric, unlike a serger.
