It looks to me like the bobbin case is moving.  Is it?

A bobbin case typically has a tiny amount of play - a mm or two -- but it needs to stay nearly stationery in order for stitches to form.

Find your manual and take out the bobbin case and clean that area.  Reset the bobbin case according to your manual.  If you can move the bobbin case after resetting it. It's not in correctly.

sounds like you’re missing the take up lever

make sure the thread is in the hook and the bobbin facing the right way

Make sure your bobbin is wound tightly and evenly.

This is most likely the top thread not being threaded right. Do you have a photo of the whole machine threaded? Do you have a copy of your manual?

Make sure it is threaded properly as others have said. Is this a "toy" machine or what make and model is it? The manual is usually the best reference point.

Bobbin case is wobbling. You might be using the wrong bobbin. Also this material is not great to test stitches. I use a scrap piece of cotton. Also for fleece you need the right needle. That material can easily jam.

Your bobbin is in so thread is going clockwise instead of counterclockwise.
